Location: Central, Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Experience managing work permits, worker onboarding/offboarding, and dormitory matters will be an advantage. Job Responsibilities Manage work permit matters using WPOL (onboarding, offboarding, renewals). Coordinate staff dormitory arrangements and related matters. Maintain employee records and HR documents. Support daily HR administrative duties. Carry out other tasks assigned by management. Requirements Familiar with WPOL and work permit processes. Experience handling foreign workers / dormitory is preferred.
