Frontline Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract) Salary: $2,300 – $2,400 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday Location: Sin Ming Lane Contract: 1-year renewable Annual Leave: 14 days Job Description We are looking for a Frontline Customer Service Officer to join a fast-growing ride-hailing platform. This role is customer-facing and requires professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills to support both passengers and drivers.
