Operations Executive Employment Type: Permanent Location: Bishan, Singapore Working hours: 9am to 6pm , Monday to Friday Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and outgoing Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a growing organisation. This role involves coordinating with drivers, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities. Build and maintain positive working relationships with drivers and operational partners. Communicate company policies, operational updates, and service standards. Monitor operational performance and resolve issues promptly. Handle enquiries and provide timely support to drivers. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confident in engaging and managing relationships with drivers and stakeholders. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
