Senior HR Executive (Payroll & HR Operations) Salary: Up to $4,500 per month Location: Upper Thomson Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9 am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Industry: Healthcare Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to support payroll, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and employee lifecycle activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll administration, statutory compliance, HR systems management, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compensation Manage monthly payroll processing, verification, and salary disbursement activities. Administer compensation exercises including annual wage supplements, bonuses, salary reviews, and performance incentives where applicable. Ensure timely and accurate statutory payroll submissions and compliance with relevant employment regulations. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation schedules, and audit documentation. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS). Manage onboarding, employee confirmation, contract renewals, internal transfers, work pass administration, and offboarding processes. Administer employee leave, claims, benefits, and insurance programmes. Maintain staff uniform and access card inventory records. Compliance & Reporting Support HR compliance initiatives and internal or external audits. Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and attrition analysis. Support submissions to relevant government agencies where required. Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable Singapore employment legislation. HR Systems & Process Improvement Support HRIS maintenance and system enhancement initiatives. Assist with HR automation and continuous process improvement projects. Support implementation of HR technology solutions and reporting tools. Requirements Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR operations, compensation & benefits, or a related HR function. Experience in the healthcare, community care, or related industry will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies Good understanding of Singapore employment legislation, payroll administration, and statutory requirements. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/payroll systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience HRIS administration and reporting. Payroll audit preparation and compliance support. HR analytics and workforce reporting.
