Wealth Management Executive Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wealth Management Executive to support the Director of Wealth Management in the day-to-dayoperations of the department. This role is responsible for client onboarding,account administration, operational support, and coordination with internal andexternal stakeholders to ensure efficient wealth management operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client onboarding and administrative support. Prepare and process documentation for bank account opening and account maintenance. Maintain and update client records and databases accurately. Record and maintain monthly Assets Under Management (AUM) data for fee calculation purposes. Coordinate with internal departments, including Compliance and Finance, as well as external parties such as custodians, banks, insurance providers, and other service providers to ensure timely account opening and servicing. Download, prepare, and distribute monthly client statements and ad hoc account statements. Maintain electronic records and ensure proper document filing and internal distribution. Assist in processing investment orders and remittance instructions. Support the onboarding of new service providers, including coordinating due diligence, documentation, and liaising with Legal and relevant stakeholders. Respond promptly to operational enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Support the Compliance team with periodic reviews, including cash transaction monitoring, advisory trade verification, and Know-Your-Client (KYC) reviews where required. Coordinate with banks on account maintenance matters, including updates to authorised signatories. Participate in process improvement initiatives and undertake other duties assigned by the Team Head. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline. Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, financial services, client servicing, or operations will be an advantage. 5–8 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management. Experience in private banking, client servicing, or operations will be an advantage. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Query for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data accurately. Ability to maintain commission tables and operational data with a high level of accuracy. Programming or automation skills will be an advantage. Language Requirements Business-level proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese, including the ability to read and write Traditional Chinese, is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients , business partners and to prepare, review, and process banking, investment, and client documentation. Personal Attributes Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills. Must be team Player. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to handle confidential information with discretion. Possess a high level of integrity, professionalism, and risk awareness. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
