Country Manager

Lead the overall business operations and strategic growth of Swisspac Pte Ltd in Singapore. Develop and execute market expansion strategies for the STEM education franchise across Singapore and regional markets. Drive franchise sales by identifying, recruiting, and supporting prospective franchise partners. Oversee business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and key account management with schools, corporate organizations, and government agencies. Manage the company's profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, revenue growth, and operational performance. Establish and optimize operational policies, SOPs, and quality assurance frameworks to ensure franchise consistency. Lead cross-functional teams across operations, sales, marketing, training, curriculum development, and customer success. Design and implement franchise systems, onboarding programs, training roadmaps, and operational manuals. Develop new STEM, AI, Robotics, Coding, and Digital Skills education programs aligned with industry trends. Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and public speaking engagements to strengthen brand awareness. Build strategic partnerships with education institutions, technology companies, and government organizations. Monitor business KPIs, analyze market trends, and formulate growth strategies to achieve sustainable expansion. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and franchise standards.
