EXECUTIVE CAREER OPPORTUNITY Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development Location: Singapore (Regional Headquarters) Our Group is seeking a dynamic, high-caliber executive to serve as a critical bridge between senior leadership, regional managing directors, and global shareholders. Reporting directly to the GM, Corporate Strategy and Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term corporate trajectory, accelerating inorganic growth, and optimizing our regional operating model. Key Roles & Responsibilities Strategic & Corporate Development: Partner with Management Team to formulate, propose, and execute robust corporate strategies. Identify, evaluate, and lead corporate development initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and regional joint ventures. Operational & System Transformation: Review and enhance regional operational systems from a holistic, group-wide perspective to drive maximum efficiency and agility. Cross-Functional Governance: Coordinate corporate rules, policies, and regulations across the Business Unit Managing Directors. Inter-Departmental Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Group CFO to streamline inter-relations with HQ and maximize alignment across all core administrative and support functions. Job Requirements At least a Degree Holder Good communication skills, challenging, open minded, sensitive and able to work in multicultural environment. Excellent ability to converse in business Japanese language to liaise with Japanese counterparts and HQ. At least with 8 years of relevant experience
