About this role

Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Develop value propositions, business cases and customer acquisition strategies. Support strategic account growth, customer retention and revenue generation. Key Account Management Manage relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Conduct regular business reviews to optimise service utilisation and customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. Market Intelligence & Pricing Benchmark competitors, market trends, pricing models and service offerings. Support pricing reviews and cost recovery strategies to maintain competitiveness. Strategic Partnerships Build partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, industry and strategic stakeholders. Develop collaboration proposals, partnership frameworks and engagement plans. Monitor partnership performance and identify new collaboration opportunities. Engagement & Outreach Support events, workshops and outreach programmes to drive awareness and adoption. Foster stakeholder engagement and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Requirements: Experience in HPC, AI, cloud, digital or research infrastructure, data platforms, R&D or science and technology policy. Senior Officer: 1–2 years' experience in business development or account management. Manager: 2–4 years' experience in business development, account management, partnerships, consulting, public sector planning or R&D. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, manage ambiguity and deliver practical recommendations.
