About the role As an Operations Specialist, you will support fund operations, brokerage and custody activities while working closely with investment, client coverage and technology teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise across investment funds, digital assets, operational controls and process improvement within a regulated financial institution. This is a 12-month contract position based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Fund Operations • Process fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and other investor transactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Perform reconciliations and investigate exceptions, discrepancies and operational breaks. • Support NAV review and fund accounting oversight activities. • Coordinate with portfolio managers, fund administrators, transfer agents and other service providers to ensure smooth operational execution. • Support fund audits, regulatory reporting and fund-related operational projects. • Support fund launches, product enhancements and other operational initiatives. • Ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures and regulatory requirements. Brokerage & Custody Operations • Support client onboarding and account maintenance activities. • Process, monitor and reconcile fiat and digital asset transfers. • Perform daily cash, position and digital asset reconciliations and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner. • Support custody, staking and fee-related operational activities. • Prepare operational, regulatory and management reports. • Support internal audits, external audits and regulatory reporting requirements. • Monitor operational exceptions and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to support efficient and controlled operational processes. Projects & Process Improvement • Participate in operational projects and business initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancement and automation. • Support the implementation, testing and enhancement of operational systems and workflows. • Assist in documenting operational procedures, controls and best practices. • Support data quality, reporting and process optimization initiatives across operations functions.
