Project Manager (Genai/Compliance)

ABOUT THE JOB You will lead compliance technology transformation programs while driving the implementation of Generative AI solutions across business functions. Manage delivery of Gen AI and Compliance Technology initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams across business and technology domains. Drive AI use case implementation from concept through deployment. Manage project governance, planning, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders. Support AI adoption, change management, and business readiness activities. Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements. ABOUT YOU ·Degree holder At least 10 years experience in banking/financial services and 5 years as a Technical Project Manager Proven delivery of AI, Digital Transformation, or Automation initiatives. Experience managing complex cross-functional programs. Generative AI, LLM, Machine Learning, or AI platform delivery experience. Compliance or Regulatory Technology experience.
