As Lead/Senior – AI Business and Product Development, you will drive Synpulse’s AI-driven initiatives, shaping products and solutions that keep us ahead in rapidly evolving markets. This role combines strategic vision, product ownership, and hands-on execution to deliver innovative offerings aligned with client needs. Bachelor Degree holder At least 5 years in relevant capacity Proven experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management) Hands-on experience in building AI solutions and managing end-to-end product lifecycle Strong track record as product owner with go-to-market execution Demonstrated ability to create and deliver AI projects with measurable impact Have demonstrated a passion for AI through building and thought leadership Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and emerging technologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred Job Duties Drive Synpulse’s AI roadmap to ensure our portfolio remains future-ready Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities Act as product owner for AI-driven solutions, from ideation to launch Define go-to-market strategies and oversee execution Collaborate with financial services clients to tailor AI solutions to their evolving needs Adapt offerings based on competitive intelligence and market feedback Represent Synpulse as an AI thought leader through publications, events, and client engagements Mentor and guide cross-functional teams in AI product development Be at the forefront of AI innovation in financial services Work in an inclusive, entrepreneurial environment that values creativity and impact Access global resources and opportunities for personal growth Help shape the future of Synpulse’s AI-driven offerings Do you approach your tasks with commitment and enjoyment and believe teamwork achieves better results than working alone?
