Responsibilities Lead detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process to support end-solutions for clients Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and lasting client impact Structure and guide problem-solving with client and project teams, distilling complex challenges into actionable insights Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences across insurance transformation Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business in identifying strategic opportunities for growth Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions Requirements Degree holder At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management / Business Analysis roles in the life or non-life insurance domain, or from technology consulting and/or industry roles with exposure to project work Project experience in one of the following areas is a must – Distribution, Digital and AI-led distribution transformation, core system implementation and/or enhancement, underwriting, claims, financial or technical accounting, operational process improvement Demonstrated project leadership and business analysis experience managing small teams or workstreams Proven detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies that both business and technology play in a client’s organisation Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualise solutions Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organisation Why us: Adaptable schedules offering full-time roles and hybrid work options Attractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the market Modern and central office space with good public transport connections Can-do mentality and one-spirit culture Varied events and employee initiatives Your documents to start the process: Resume Job references Qualifications (bachelor/ master diploma, etc.) with certificate of grades Motivation letter: Why Synpulse?
