Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts. Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement. Take-off quantity for projects. Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors. Price comparison and costing summary. To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments.
