Submission Executive

Job Responsibilities Carry out authorities’ submissions (URA,BCA BP & ST, SCDF, LTA, PUB, NParks) through CoreNet. Finalizing AutoCAD drawings for authorities’ submissions. Personal assistant to Managing Director on quotations, tender submissions, technical and administrative matters. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure submission requirements are met. Track submission status and follow up on approvals. Maintain proper records of all submissions, approvals, and project documents. Ensure submission documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Update submission logs and filing systems. Assist with project documentation and other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in construction or engineering submissions is an advantage. Good organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with good time management skills. Benefits Monthly salary: $2,800.00 – $3,500.00 Annual leave and medical benefits.
