Job Summary We are a newly Singapore interior renovation company with ongoing residential and commercial fit-out projects. We are hiring an experienced IT Technical Supervisor to take full ownership of the company’s digital infrastructure, internal management systems, client data platforms and construction site digital workflows. This is a core PMET supervisory role requiring deep computer application expertise, end-to-end system maintenance capabilities and cross-team coordination with local Singapore administrative and site staff. The incumbent will lead digital transformation for our renovation business and report directly to the company director. 2. Key Core Responsibilities 1. Oversee daily operation, troubleshooting and regular maintenance of the company’s internal ERP management system, customer order database, construction progress tracking platform and office network systems; resolve all IT hardware & software breakdowns independently. 2. Develop, update and optimise digital document templates for renovation quotations, project contracts, site progress reports and client follow-up records, standardising all company digital workflows. 3. Manage and secure all client personal data, project drawings and financial records stored in cloud and local servers, fully complying with Singapore PDPA data protection regulations. 4. Provide technical training and ongoing IT support to local Singapore site supervisors, admin staff and sales teams; guide colleagues on system operation, digital file storage and online collaboration tools. 5. Conduct regular system audits, back up critical business data and propose cost-effective IT upgrades to streamline construction project management efficiency. 6. Liaise with third-party tech vendors, cloud service providers and equipment suppliers to negotiate IT service contracts, resolve technical faults and source digital tools fit for renovation site operations. 7. Generate monthly digital operation reports for senior management, analyse system usage data and deliver actionable improvement plans to cut administrative workload and boost project delivery speed. 8. Manage a small team of 2–3 local Singapore administrative support staff on digital task allocation, workflow standardisation and technical on-the-job training. 3. Required Qualifications & Professional Experience 1. Diploma in Computer Application Technology (Full-Time General Higher Education, verified via CHSI) 2. Minimum 8 years of continuous full-time relevant working experience specialising in enterprise system administration, office IT infrastructure and digital operation management. 3. Proven track record of building and maintaining company internal management systems, client databases or industry-specific digital platforms. 4. Proficient in Windows server operation, cloud storage management, database maintenance and office software customisation. 5. Hands-on experience in translating traditional offline business workflows into digital management systems (preferred: construction, interior design or service industry experience). 6. Fluent written and spoken English for cross-department communication and vendor coordination. 4.
