Job Summary Manage sales and marketing activities to drive business growth by analyzing market trends, building customer relationships, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored security solutions. Responsibilities Prepare quotations, sales reports, and forecasts to support business growth and strategic planning Analyze market trends and generate regular sales and market analysis reports to inform management decisions Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction Service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure to achieve sales targets Conduct customer visits to assess technical needs and propose effective, customized solutions Apply problem-solving skills to address client challenges and improve service delivery Demonstrate self-motivation, goal orientation, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support sales reporting and presentations Diploma in any field or equivalent educational background 1-2 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduates with strong motivation
