Accounts Executive (Full Set) / HR

📢 We're Hiring: Accounts Executive / Accounts & Administration Faith Logistics Pte Ltd We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts & Administration to join our team. If you're organised, responsible, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Handle full sets of accounts . Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), payroll, and credit control . Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare invoices and verify supplier invoices. Enter financial transactions into the company's accounting system. Assist with HR and administrative duties. Provide general office administration support. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only. Experience in handling full sets of accounts. Good knowledge of bookkeeping, AR, AP, payroll, and credit control. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Meticulous with strong attention to detail. Responsible, organised, and able to work independently. Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
