Tender/Contracts Manager (Public Sector/Construction)

The Role: You will work with Clients and Project Manager and Consultants on the procurement of works for construction projects. You will prepare post-tender cost analysis. You will prepare and compile tender documents. You will conduct tender briefing / site show round. You will call and close tenders / quotations. You will evaluate tenders and quotations and prepare tender/quotation reports You will prepare draft Letter of Award. You will compile Contract Agreement for Client’s execution. Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from your supervisor from time to time. What Do You Need to Have? Candidates MUST be a Degree holder in Engineering or Construction or Quantity Survey or it’s equivalent. He/she MUST possess at least 5 years of working experience in projects adopting Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC), SIA Building Contracts. Candidates MUST have prior working experience to call for tenders and close tenders/quotations especially local public sector projects. Well versed in Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective communicator Meticulous, proactive and a team player and have a keen sense of timeliness in completing tasks Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
