Outlet Accounting Assistant Manager

We are seeking suitable candidates to join us in delivering excellent restaurant financial and operational management. Job Summary Oversee the financial operations of a restaurant by balancing daily store activities with backend financial duties, including cashiering, payroll, inventory cost control, and local tax compliance. Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts, process accounts payable and receivable, and prepare accurate month-end and year-end financial statements to ensure financial integrity. Oversee daily cashiering operations by verifying daily takings, reconciling sales receipts, and resolving payment discrepancies to maintain accurate cash flow. Track outlet expenses and monitor inventory levels to prevent loss or wastage, supporting cost control and budgeting efforts. Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide business planning and financial decision-making. Supervise front-of-house or administrative staff by managing scheduling, delivering on-the-job training, and conducting performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness. Required competencies and certifications Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree (Education) 3 to 5+ years of relevant accounting or financial management experience, preferably in retail, shopping mall, or F&B environments (Experience) Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, bookkeeping/accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (Technical Skills) Strong numerical accuracy, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, leadership, and interpersonal skills (Soft Skills)
