We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven Outlet Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of Coleman's, ensuring seamless and efficient service. Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team to consistently exceed guest expectations. Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the standards of Wyndham Singapore. Maintain exceptional service quality and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability. Oversee staffing, scheduling, manpower planning, and team performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel operating standards. Manage inventory, beverage control, stock ordering, and cost management. Work closely with the Culinary, Bar, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams to execute promotions, special events, and guest engagement initiatives. Address guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly. Requirements Minimum 3 years of management experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or upscale dining environment. Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including wines, spirits, and cocktails, is an advantage. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities. Able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
