Client Service Manager, Private Banking

Job Responsibilities : Perform banking services and attend to clients’ inquiries Prepare KYC reports and other periodic reports Review and assist in risk attribute assessments Assist in dealing with client’s trade orders and cross check for other CSM’s trade orders Support Team Head in management duties Job Requirements : Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Banking and Finance or any relevant discipline 5-8 years’ experience in financial industry Good knowledge of relevant financial products CACS, CFA preferred Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Chinese speaking colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan
