Quantity Surveyor

This role will support an exciting Sports Hub project located in the Toa Payoh area. Candidates with prior site engineering experience combined with quantity surveying exposure within an M&E contractor or subcontractor environment will have a strong advantage. Responsibilities Manage tender documentation, cost estimates, budgeting and contract administration activities. Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders on quotations, technical submissions and project documentation. Evaluate material and labour market rates, and coordinate billing and quantity-related matters. Support tender clarifications, presentations, site visits and handover to the project team upon award. Requirements Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within an M&E contractor or subcontractor environment. Experience in both site engineering and quantity surveying functions will be highly preferred.
