Sales Account Mananger (Basic + Comms) — IT Solutions

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in IT solutions who enjoys consultative selling and building long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts. Promote a range of IT solutions and managed services based on customers' business needs. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution presentation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and account management. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide excellent customer service. Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions for clients. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in B2B sales within the IT solutions, system integration, managed services, cloud, infrastructure or cybersecurity industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work towards sales targets. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
