Events Specialist

Our client, a Well-established firm is seeking to recruit a Events Specialist for their organisation. Location: Central Singapore Job Summary: Provide event logistic and admin support; assist in the planning and execution of events. (Events include Corporate Events, Conferences, Product Launches, Award Ceremonies and etc.) Responsibilities: To provide end to end support to Events, including but not limited to planning and execution Source for third party vendors, ensuring that the deliverables are well met Manage registration to create a streamlined experience for guests To manage F&B aspect and ensuring that setup is done proper Oversee and coordinate the event collateral design and production Accountable for the Digital event setup Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Possess a Degree or Diploma in Events Management or Business Management/Marketing or related studies At least 1 to 2 years of related experience in Conferences or related corporate events is essential due to job requirements Microsoft Office skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and work well as a team-player
