Senior Accountant

Our client, a Prestigious International law firm is seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant for their esteemed organization. Job Description: Responsible for the Accounting functions of the Singapore office Preparation of bills using the firm-wide accounting system Payroll preparation Filing of GST returns Arrange expense reimbursements and suppliers’ payments Cash and bank balance reporting Monitor on invoice settlements Handle collection of outstanding bills Handle various tax registration and submission Participate in annual audit Any other duties as assigned Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Accounting or business discipline, with related certifications Possess at least 5 to 7 years of experience in law firms or professional services firms Good communication skills, both written and oral in English Attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines Knowledge in Elite 3E is an advantage Independent, and comes on with good organizational skills
