Paralegal (In-House)

We are currently seeking to fill a Paralegal opening on behalf of our client, a leading supply chain MNC. Position Summary The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Legal team, with a primary focus on commercial disputes, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the regional teams. Job responsibilities: Work with the stakeholders in drafting, negotiating, and processing of a broad range of contracts Prepare, review, update, and maintain standard form agreements, legal templates, precedents, and other legal documentation Provide litigation and disputes support to the legal team, including preparing reports, chronologies, and conducting fact-finding investigations. Assist in negotiating settlement agreements and documenting dispute resolutions Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, regulations, and industrydevelopments. Support the regional implementation across all jurisdictions of new policies and regulations initiated by the company Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline Minimum 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience with a law firm or company Experience supporting dispute resolution, litigation, or claims management is of an advantage Strong legal research and analytical skills Excellent drafting and document preparation abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
