About this role

Responsibilities Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and records management Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates to confirm appointments and follow-up actions Keep internal databases and the CRM system updated with recruitment records Compile reports, documents, and presentation slides for management review Support the creation of job postings and basic marketing collateral, including social media posters, EDMs, and QR code links Refresh social media content to reflect ongoing recruitment activities and company branding Manage email correspondence and respond to routine enquiries in a timely manner Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval Track recruitment progress and update relevant stakeholders on candidate status Extend additional administrative, operational, or marketing assistance as required Requirements Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with database or CRM systems Familiarity with basic design or marketing tools such as Canva is advantageous Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask Able to work independently Clarence Khoh R1552376
