Associate Consultant – Full Stack Engineer

As an Associate Consultant – Full Stack Engineer , you'll be part of a collaborative product team building modern web applications that streamline business processes, improve user experiences, and support data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy working across the full technology stack and contributing to products from concept through deployment. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies. Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript . Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js . Design, optimise, and maintain relational databases using MySQL . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. Troubleshoot application issues, optimise system performance, and implement enhancements. Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development practices. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience developing full-stack web applications. Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL is mandatory. Strong understanding of front-end development principles, component-based architecture, and responsive web design. Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services. Good understanding of relational database design and SQL. Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-driven with a willingness to learn new technologies and work in an Agile environment. Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerised application development. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with automated testing frameworks. Exposure to microservices architecture. Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams. Understanding of application security best practices and performance optimisation.
