Quantity Surveyor (Metal Works) Salary: $3,000 – $5,000 Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am - 12pm (Sat) Location: Ang Mo Kio Job Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ). Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour. Manage variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts. Review technical drawings, material orders, and fabrication works. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and production teams. Prepare and update fabrication drawings using AutoCAD. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in metal works. Able to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and variation claims. Good communication and organisational skills.
