Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager $2500 - $3500 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon to Fri) Woodlands Job Scope: Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations. Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily work assignments. Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records. Ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure quality checks are completed before deliveries. Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on warehouse activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Assist with manual handling of goods when required. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage. Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to support warehouse operations when required.
