IT Engineer Up To $5000 (Tampines)

IT Engineer $3,000 - $5,000 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon to Fri), 9am - 1230pm (Alt Sat) Tampines Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, computers, networks, cloud services, and backup systems. Provide technical support to users and clients on hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and system security. Monitor system performance, backups, and cybersecurity measures to ensure smooth operations. Perform software installation, system upgrades, data migration, and preventive maintenance. Support IT projects and work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and service reports. Provide basic IT guidance and training to users when required. Perform on-site support, after-hours support, and ad hoc duties when required. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management. Good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Familiar with virtualization, firewall, VPN, and endpoint security will be an advantage. Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Able to work independently and as a team. Willing to travel to client sites when required.
