Operations Executive (Air-Con Industry) $2,400 – $3,000 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri) Taiseng Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily air-conditioning (ACMV) service, maintenance, and installation schedules Coordinate and oversee the daily deployment of other technicians Liaise with customers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations Handle customer enquiries and follow up on service and project progress Prepare quotations, service reports, invoices, and related documents Conduct site visits when required Coordinate the purchase of materials, spare parts, and equipment Monitor inventory and maintain accurate service records Provide administrative and operational support to the service team Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Experience in the air-conditioning (ACMV), M&E, facilities management, or related industry is preferred Basic knowledge of ACMV systems is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Company Name: Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd EA License No: 24C2338 EA Personnel Name: Loke Sai Lye (Loke) EA Personnel No: R24123366 Email: loke.dexter@talentrecruitmentsg.com Contact Number: 8168 8648
