Logistics Operations Executive Salary: $3,200 – $4,300 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm; Sat, 9:00am–1:00pm (WFH) Location: Changi Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily freight forwarding operations for air, sea, and land shipments. Prepare and process import/export documentation and TradeNet permit declarations. Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, transport providers, and service partners. Handle shipment documentation, including AWB, B/L, and cargo insurance records. Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues to ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures. Requirements: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations. Familiar with shipping documentation, TradeNet, and freight processes. Experience handling import/export shipments is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
