Freight Forwarding Executive Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm Location: Clementi Job Responsibilities Coordinate and manage import and export shipments, mainly sea freight operations Arrange bookings with shipping lines, freight agents, and logistics partners Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and related documents Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers Liaise with customers, carriers, transport providers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment execution Support air freight operations and documentation when required Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import/export regulations Resolve shipment issues and operational discrepancies promptly Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports Respond to customer enquiries and provide quality customer service Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics coordination, or import/export operations preferred Knowledge of sea freight operations is preferred; air freight exposure will be an advantage Familiar with shipping documentation and import/export procedures Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Company Name: Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd EA License No: 24C2338 EA Personnel Name: Loke Sai Lye (Loke) EA Personnel No: R24123366 Email: loke.dexter@talentrecruitmentsg.com Contact Number: 8168 8648
