5 Days Full Set Accounts Cum Admin (Eunos)

Full Set Accounts cum Admin Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm Location: Eunos Job Responsibilities Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts Process invoices, payments, receipts, and customer billings Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents Assist with GST submission and year-end audit preparation Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties on finance matters Monitor cash flow and outstanding receivables Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime records Calculate payroll-related payments, deductions, and allowances Support purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotations, Purchase Orders, and supplier coordination Maintain accounting, payroll, purchasing, and administrative records Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience Experience handling full set of accounts is required Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance tracking, and overtime calculations Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination is an advantage Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage Company Name: Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd EA License No: 24C2338 EA Personnel Name: Loke Sai Lye (Loke) EA Personnel No: R24123366 Email: loke.dexter@talentrecruitmentsg.com Contact Number: 8168 8648
