Urgent Hiring: Marine Operations Manager (Bunkering)

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily bunkering operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, bunker deliveries, and Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer activities. Support the implementation of digitalization and technology initiatives to improve operational performance and safety. Develop and implement training programs to strengthen technical competency and operational knowledge. Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, including Cargo Officers and other operational personnel. Liaise with terminals, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate loading activities and ensure compliance with operational requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Review and enhance operational procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including SS648 and QMBS requirements. Collaborate closely with the ship management team to ensure all operational staff comply with onboard safety policies and regulations. Plan and coordinate the company's fleet of bunker vessels to ensure smooth loading and delivery operations. Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of Operations Management experience, preferably within the maritime or bunkering industry. At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in bunkering operations is essential. Strong understanding of marine operations, bunker loading, cargo handling, and Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities. Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards, including SS648 and QMBS, will be an advantage. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop operational teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
