BIM Coordinator (Consultancy/Mnc)

Responsibilities: Support BIM execution, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), client requirements, and digital delivery standards. Assist with model validation, quality assurance, and the preparation of BIM deliverables and submissions. Support the implementation of BIM tools, digital technologies, and quality control processes. Monitor model quality, integrity, and data consistency to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects), with at least 15 years of experience in design and project management, including leading large-scale developments. Strong technical expertise in architectural design, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination, with a solid understanding of building regulations, construction methodologies, and sustainable design principles. Proficient in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
