Senior Accounts Executive (Construction Industry)

Job Description: Handle the complete accounting function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation activities Carry out monthly and annual financial closing procedures Prepare and submit GST filings promptly and accurately Maintain accurate accounting records and schedules while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements Work closely with external auditors and provide supporting documents for annual audit exercises Oversee staff reimbursement claims, petty cash management, and expense monitoring Maintain employee information, manage onboarding/offboarding activities, and handle work pass applications Process payroll monthly, including CPF contributions and tax clearance submissions Administer employee leave, claims, benefits, and insurance matters Maintain HR records, employment agreements, and personnel files Requirements: Diploma in Accounting or any related fields. Minimum 2 years of accounts executive experience.
