Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues at customer laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Conduct instrument validation, qualification and performance verification. Provide technical support and application guidance to customers. Deliver customer training on equipment operation and maintenance. Prepare detailed service reports and maintain service documentation. Coordinate with the technical support and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
