Business Development Manager (Interior Design / Commercial)

Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial interior design and fit-out market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, client meetings, and industry events. Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines to support proposal and quotation preparation. Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of secured projects. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Experience in commercial interior design, renovation, fit-out, construction, or related industries will be advantageous. Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to generate leads independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of interior fit-out processes and project workflows is preferred.
