Urgent: Industrial Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing / Mnc)

Responsibilities: Collaborate with Engineering, Systems, Materials, Production and Maintenance to resolve manufacturing issues. Deliver on quality, volume, capacity, efficiency, product integrity, certifications, new products, costs, and inventory. Support Management in developing processes, plans, and strategies for new projects. Understand technical and system details relevant to your role. Assist to promote teamwork and meet quality objectives. Actively drive continuous improvement for efficiency and flexibility. Work with plant teams to solve client related problems. Improve cycle time and capacity with all departments. Generate performance reports. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Engineering. Proactive, follows company conduct standards. 3 years of experience in Server / Rack / Manufacturing industry. Effective, ongoing communication internally and externally to avoid misunderstandings. Responsible, takes ownership, shows initiative and leadership. Disciplined, punctual, with a sense of urgency. Complies with RBA standards.
