Urgent Hiring: Sales Engineer, Steel Fabrication (Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical Industry)

Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the precision machining and sheet metal fabrication industry. Conduct customer site visits to assess project requirements, perform on-site measurements, and prepare sketches for fabrication and reverse engineering purposes. Provide technical consultation by recommending suitable fabrication solutions based on customers' requirements and mechanical engineering expertise. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing projects independently. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to quotation, negotiation, and project handover. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Requirements: ITC/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–3 years of sales or technical experience in sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, or a related mechanical engineering industry. Strong hands-on knowledge of stainless steel fabrication is essential. Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles, fabrication methods, and manufacturing processes. Experience in conducting on-site measurements and preparing fabrication sketches. Prior exposure to high-tech manufacturing or cleanroom industries (e.g., Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical) will be an added advantage.
