About this role
Responsibilities: Actively seek and develop new business in the interior design and fit-out sector. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to build the sales pipeline. Provide management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and opportunity insights. Gather client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotes. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers. Log sales activities in CRM, update reports and provide regular pipeline updates. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as needed. Drive lead follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience in interior design / fit-out / construction / renovation. Proven hunter mindset with strong independent lead generation ability. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person client meetings. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of interior fit-out processes and project workflows is a plus.
