Plan and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Evaluate production workflows and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and enhance operational performance. Analyze manufacturing costs and develop strategies to improve cost efficiency and profitability. Support product costing activities, including material, labor, and overhead cost analysis. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations. Review and improve logistics processes, warehouse operations, inventory flow, and material movement within the manufacturing environment. Conduct capacity planning, line balancing, manpower optimization, and resource allocation. Develop manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to support operational decision-making. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. β
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes , production planning , and industrial engineering principles . Hands-on experience in logistics processes and systems within manufacturing operations . Experience in manufacturing process analysis and product costing . Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), or Continuous Improvement methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
