Sales Support Administrator (Multiple Openings)

Responsibilities Attend to customers' sales order enquiries via calls and emails Prepare sales quotations and confirm sales orders with clients Perform sales order processing, coordinate delivery and ensure on-time delivery Work closely with cross-functional team in fulfilling customers order promptly Arrangement and coordination of transport, warehouse and delivery process Contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience Ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent With 2 - 5 years of sales support or order processing experience Candidate who is able to start work within short notice will be advantageous Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please send in your updated resume to gs1@talenttradersg.com EA License No: 13C6305 Reg.
