Quantity Surveyor (ACMV / Mechanical) | M&E Projects | Career Growth 📍 Location: Singapore 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Join a Leading M&E Engineering Company! Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) or Mechanical Engineering ? Do you enjoy managing project costs, contract administration, and delivering value-driven engineering solutions? What You'll Be Doing Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ACMV and Mechanical projects. Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual requirements. Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Negotiate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters. Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Support contract administration from project award through final account settlement. What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline. Experience in ACMV, Mechanical, M&E, or Building Services projects . Knowledge of contract administration, project costing, tendering, and procurement. Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and standard forms of contract. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
