Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for engineering projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
