We are looking for Full-Time Primary & Secondary Enrichment Teachers!🌟 Working Location: Island Wide (Walking distance from MRTs) Working Hours: 1.15pm - 9.30pm (6 days work week) (Rotating off day) Benefits: VB + Yearly Increment Gross Salary: Up to $6500 (Basic: Up to $6000) Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive lessons in accordance with the curriculum to maximise student learning and participation. Assess, mark, and monitor students' academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents. Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication to support each student's learning and development. Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages confidence, participation, and academic excellence. Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth lesson delivery, including providing relief teaching support when required. Participate in professional development, curriculum enhancement, and training to continuously improve teaching quality and stay updated with educational best practices. Support the organisation through participation in promotional events, workshops, webinars, trial classes, and other assigned projects while contributing ideas for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education or a relevant field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in schools, tuition centres, or other educational institutions is preferred. Familiarity with the Singapore MOE curriculum will be an added advantage.
