Senior Software Engineers (Java / Javascript / C++)

Responsibilities Support the Team Lead in guiding the development team on Agile/Scrum processes and task management. Engage with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and system enhancements. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to software quality standards. Prepare technical specifications and assess solution feasibility. Integrate software components and ensure seamless system functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and upgrade existing applications. Automate processes using appropriate tools and scripting. Perform unit, integration, validation, UAT, and system integration testing. Deploy applications, monitor performance, and incorporate user feedback. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Requirements Experience with Agile development methodologies. Proficiency in ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git . Familiarity with DevOps practices is an advantage. Hands-on software development experience with a passion for programming. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team player. Good communication and documentation skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to mentor and guide team members.
