About the Role This role sits within the Wealth Management – Products & Solutions team and focuses on developing, pricing, and managing structured investment products and derivatives for Wealth Management clients. Working closely with Relationship Managers, you will deliver tailored investment and hedging solutions while supporting product sales and the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM). You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product structuring and pricing to product launches, client engagement, and post-trade support. The role also requires close collaboration with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external counterparties to ensure products are commercially viable, operationally ready, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, structure, and price OTC derivatives and structured investment products across FX, Equity, Credit, and Commodity asset classes. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of structured products, including product development, pricing, execution, launch, and post-trade support. Partner with Relationship Managers to provide tailored investment solutions and support client engagement. Prepare investment proposals, pitchbooks, and participate in client meetings. Support new product launches, product approvals, and go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external counterparties to ensure smooth product execution and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain relationships with investment partners and external product providers. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance the bank's investment product offerings. Job Requirements Experience in OTC derivatives and structured products within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Treasury, or Investment Products. Strong knowledge of FX Options, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Commodity Derivatives, and FX-, Equity-, or Bond-linked Structured Products. Good understanding of the end-to-end structured product lifecycle, including product pricing, execution, and post-trade support. Experience working closely with Relationship Managers to support investment solutions and client advisory. Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Full CACS (Papers 1 & 2) and CMFAS (Modules 1 & 2) certifications are required prior to onboarding. Degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and read/write Traditional Chinese is required to support business communications with Mandarin-speaking clients and regional stakeholders, including reviewing and preparing documentation in Traditional Chinese.
